  • 1 x pack of Griddle Choc Chip Pancake Mix
  • 100ml milk or plant based alternative
  • 1/2 banana
  • Toppings of your choice, we've gone for crunchy peanut butter, extra banana and cocoa nibs

  • Add the banana to a microwavable bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add in 100ml of your choice of milk and mix.
  • Gradually add 4 heaped tablespoons of mix and stir until you have a thick batter.
  • Pop into the microwave on 1000w for 1.5 minutes.
  • Toppings time!!! Dig right in with a spoon whilst still warm and enjoy!
