A healthy take on the delicious Italian tiramisu. Layers of coffee soaked wholegrain pancakes, Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of caramel or maple.



  • 1 x pack of Griddle wholegrain pancakes
  • 1 cup cold brew black coffee
  • Greek yoghurt, or a yoghurt of your choice
  • 1tbsp caramel sauce, honey or maple (optional)
  • Cocoa nibs for decoration

  • To begin, brew a black coffee and leave to cool
  • Once cooled, pop in 3 Original Pancakes and submerge
  • In a glass, layer the soaked pancakes with yoghurt and caramel sauce if required
  • Top with cocoa nibs for a bit of extra crunch
