A healthy take on the delicious Italian tiramisu. Layers of coffee soaked wholegrain pancakes, Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of caramel or maple.
- 1 x pack of Griddle wholegrain pancakes
- 1 cup cold brew black coffee
- Greek yoghurt, or a yoghurt of your choice
- 1tbsp caramel sauce, honey or maple (optional)
- Cocoa nibs for decoration
- To begin, brew a black coffee and leave to cool
- Once cooled, pop in 3 Original Pancakes and submerge
- In a glass, layer the soaked pancakes with yoghurt and caramel sauce if required
- Top with cocoa nibs for a bit of extra crunch
