DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. We don’t deliver on Saturdays, so as our pancakes are fresh any orders received on Thursday-Sunday will not be sent until the following Monday.
What are the delivery charges?
For deliveries in the UK Mainland orders under £20 cost £3.25. For orders over £20 shipping is FREE!!
How are GRIDDLE products packaged for delivery?
All our products are sent in recyclable cardboard boxes. Our pancakes are placed inside a thermal liner with an ice pack. This is to help keep them fresh whilst they are waiting at the depot to be sorted.
Anything I need to do when the parcel arrives?
Pop your pancakes in the fridge or freezer. There is also a sticker on the box saying refrigerate!
Can I freeze the pancakes?
Yes you can! We always keep a handy stash in the freezer. They last for up to 6 months in the freezer (if you can keep your hands off!)
My order was late, items were missing or something else has gone pan up.
Sometimes things don’t go as smoothly as our batter. But we’re on hand to fix any issues you have and promise to always bend over backwards to get you flippin’ good pancakes. Pop us an email on hello@wearegriddle.com and one of our team will get back to you promptly.
NUTRITION AND ALLERGY ADVICE
Are your products vegan?
At the moment our fresh pancakes are the only range that aren’t vegan. But that’s soon to change! Everything else is plant based and vegan friendly.
Are they nut free?
Our pancakes and waffles are made in a bakery that does not handle nuts and so the only allergens are those highlighted on back of pack.
Our mixes are made in a bakery that handles milk and nuts so whilst they don’t contain any in the ingredients we cannot guarantee no risk of cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy please use own judgement.
RECYCLING
What can I recycle?
Pancakes: You can recycle the tray and sleeve following your local council guidelines.
Waffles: You can recycle the cardboard box they come in.
Mixes: Our pouches are recyclable and biodegradable.
