Mini banana bites, coated in a golden layer of our wholegrain pancake mix. Perfect for kids and big kids alike!



  • 1/2 pack of Griddle wholegrain pancakes
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Dipping sauces - why not try peanut butter mixed up with a little yoghurt

  • Mix up the batter as per the instructions on back of pack
  • Heat a large saucepan on a low-medium heat with a little oil of your choice
  • With a fork, dip the slices of banana into the batter and twirl until covered
  • Carefully transfer from the fork into the pan
  • Cook for a couple of minutes on each side
  • Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon
