Mini banana bites, coated in a golden layer of our wholegrain pancake mix. Perfect for kids and big kids alike!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pack of Griddle wholegrain pancakes
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Dipping sauces - why not try peanut butter mixed up with a little yoghurt
METHOD
- Mix up the batter as per the instructions on back of pack
- Heat a large saucepan on a low-medium heat with a little oil of your choice
- With a fork, dip the slices of banana into the batter and twirl until covered
- Carefully transfer from the fork into the pan
- Cook for a couple of minutes on each side
- Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon
